Bankruptcy attempt gone Bad

Over the years, I've known my share of people to have filed  bankruptcy.  Shit Happens.   Medical costs can turn one's life upside down.   A divorce can spin one's life into a hole.   Bad financial decisions can take one down this path.   Or just fucking up, can bring someone to this point.   Everyone I've known personally has leveraged this decision to get to the 'next level ' in life.  Still, they were all done legally and the system allowed them to get on with their lives.

However, I've become aware of one individual that filed recently which initially bothered me.  I mean, this person was always bragging about how much they made (turns out they lied) , how they were going to retire young (well that didn't work out did it?), etc.  Along the way they bragged about businesses they supposedly owned (everything isn't as it seems?) and their successes (not).      So when I heard they'd filed bankruptcy I wondered how that works since they were doing all the bragging online.  Well, turns out it was all bullshit.  Well, not the bankruptcy.  I'm guessing they are wishing they'd come up with a different plan now since Uncle Sam is about them bend them over, rightfully so.

One look at what's going on and one has to be thinking "oh fuck".  Bankruptcy was denied and now the Court is on the offensive.

Count 1: Transfer or Concealment of Property of the Debtor
Count 2: Concealment of Property of the Estate
Count 3: Failure to preserve any recorded Information
Count 4: False Oaths
Count 5: Failure to explain loss of assets

Hiding funds, lying about the funds, secret transfer of funds, a charity's assets being sold,  probably for personal gain, and then lying to the court about it. About it all.   One has to believe this time, Uncle Sam is going to drop the hammer.

Wow.  It's coming.  Question is, when? One can only hope, Sooner than Later!
