Malignant narcissist are more dangerous than sociopaths and psychopath

I think a malignant narcissist is the most dangerous personality type of all. A malignant narcissist is essentially a person who has both narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and antisocial personality disorder (ASPD) — and the person’s narcissism feeds the ASPD side.

For the record, very few psychopaths truly have antisocial personality disorder; most blend into society well and have no interest in ruining others’ lives or participating in criminality or any other type of socially unacceptable behavior.

Malignant narcissists, unlike these other personality types mentioned, are fueled by things like extreme hatred, anger or even morbid sexual fantasies. While some can be “high-functioning” in the sense that they can blend into society, they are also “low-functioning” because of their extremely poor emotional impulse controls.

Sexual sadistic serial murderers like Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy or Gary Ridgway (the Green River killer), as well as dictators like Adolf Hitler or Pol Pot, I think, are all examples of malignant narcissists."
