Now HERE is an interesting one.. .I've got family in Billings MT. Hmmmm.. what to do .. what to do.  I've got a sneaky suspicion there is some interesting back story on this one. Got to see the humor with the Time Frame, and lil interesting on some of the promoters of it.  Guessing there is actually some real funding behind this one as well as some Legit Native American backing?
