Frivolous Litigant

For over three years, I've dealt with a level of BS that is beyond ludicrous.  I've had threats against friends of mine.   I've had the police called on me.  I've dealt with numerous fake names/numbers used to harass me. All from a single source.   Last year, an attempted HRO against me in the State of MN under false pretenses and allegations.  Hell, others up there in the State of MN have been dealing with this for years and years.  Finally this week, progress.

• The Petitioner is a “frivolous litigant” as defined by Rule 9.06 of the Minnesota Rules of Practice.
• The Petitioner may only serve and file a new claim, a motion, or make any requests of the Court,  in the Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, unless made on Petitioner’s behalf by an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota
•  If the Petitioner is not represented by licensed counsel, as a precondition to serving and filing a new claim, or any motion or requests before the Court, in the Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, the Petitioner shall furnish a surety bond of $10,000 by a surety authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of Minnesota for the benefit of the Respondent or another party to assure payment of the Respondent’s or another party’s reasonable expenses, including attorney fees, and not limited to taxable costs, incurred in connection with a claim instituted, or maintained, or caused to be maintained by the respondent in case the Court order that he pay those costs. In lieu of the surety bond, the Petitioner can pay to the Second Judicial District Court Administrator the sum of $10,000 for this purpose.

You can't make this shit up.  I thought my neighbor was bad; well right up until the bastard died.  I've always wondered how someone could abuse the court system so badly and get away with it.  Apparently, it finally caught up.
